Product Description:

Model 3051dp differential pressure transmitter can be used to measure flow, liquid level and other occasions requiring accurate measurement of differential pressure.

The signal terminal is set in an independent cabin of the electrical box. When wiring, the meter cover on the terminal side can be unscrewed. If there is a field display header, please remove the head to see the terminal. The above terminal is the signal terminal, and the lower terminal is the indicator connection terminal. Refer to the wiring method shown in the above figure when connecting.
For 3051 analog transmitter, zero point and range adjustment are under the nameplate on the side of 3051 transmitter. During adjustment, remove the product nameplate, which means that zero point and full range adjustment potentiometer are exposed. Z is zero adjustment and S is full range regulation.
For 3051 intelligent pressure, differential pressure transmitter zero point and full range adjustment can be completed by pressing the key or hand-held communicator. Please refer to the instructions for the operation of the handheld communicator; the key adjustment method is as follows: after adding zero pressure and stabilizing, press and hold the Z and s keys on the circuit board (z is zero adjustment, s is full range adjustment) for 8 seconds, press Z key to adjust zero point, after the full range pressure is stabilized, press Z and s on the circuit board for 8 seconds to release, press s key to adjust the full range. Note, this work Can only do one operation at a time. That is, zero and full range adjustment are both pressed and held for 8 seconds and then released, then Z or s is pressed.
